Décor & event support
The hall is a blank multipurpose space. What it looks like on the day comes down to draping, florals, linens and lighting — all designed and built in-house by our own décor team.
Décor
Floral arches and backdrops, stage draping, centrepieces, linens, custom colour palettes and full-room transformations, designed and built in-house.
Stage transformations
The elevated stage is the base for head tables, ceremony backdrops and performance setups — draped and lit to your palette.
AV and lighting
Professional sound system with AV support, a presentation screen, event lighting and dance-floor lighting.
Event support
Venue, catering, décor and AV are planned together so you are briefing one venue rather than coordinating separate suppliers.
Vendor policies
Outside décor and specialty rentals may be used with venue approval. Outside catering is not permitted under the current policy.
Alcohol
Guests may supply their own liquor with an active liquor licence through AGLC. We will walk you through the requirements for your event.

Policies are confirmed in writing when you book, so you are never guessing at what is allowed. If something you are planning is not covered here, ask — we would rather tell you before you build a plan around it.
