Speaker Prep / Green Room
One private room, whatever you need it for
The Private Event Suite serves as your green room — somewhere for a keynote speaker to prepare, a panel to gather before going on, or a small private meeting during the main programme.
ACCA has one Private Event Suite near the main event space. Depending on the occasion it serves as a bridal preparation area, family room, organizer space, green room, dressing area, speaker prep room or simply a quieter place away from the main hall. These are uses of one room, never separate rooms.

A professional sound system with AV support, a presentation screen and event lighting. Confirm microphone counts and any specialist requirements when you enquire so we can check the inventory for your date.
Can you cater breaks and lunch?
Yes — catering is in-house, so break and lunch service is timed against your agenda rather than a delivery window.
Is there somewhere for speakers to prepare?
Yes, the Private Event Suite is used as a green room or speaker prep room during corporate programmes.
Can we run a multi-day event?
Multi-day events are supported. Send us the dates and daily schedule and we will confirm availability and setup arrangements.
Is there Wi-Fi for delegates?
Confirm connectivity requirements for your delegate count when you enquire, particularly if sessions depend on it.
How is the room laid out for a conference?
The hall is a multipurpose space and can be set theatre-style, in rows at tables or in rounds for a dinner programme. Tell us the format and headcount and we will recommend a layout.
