ACCA was founded by the Asian Christian Cultural Association of Alberta and hosts faith-based gatherings across Edmonton. Practically, that means we ask about your requirements — staging, seating, the order of the day, what the meal should be — and confirm in writing what the venue can accommodate before you commit.

Private Family / Preparation Room
One private room, whatever you need it for
The Private Event Suite gives a family somewhere private before a service and somewhere to withdraw afterwards — particularly at a memorial, where a quiet room matters as much as the hall.
ACCA has one Private Event Suite near the main event space. Depending on the occasion it serves as a bridal preparation area, family room, organizer space, green room, dressing area, speaker prep room or simply a quieter place away from the main hall. These are uses of one room, never separate rooms.

Can the room be arranged for our tradition?
The hall is a multipurpose space and the layout is planned with you. Bring your requirements to the enquiry or tour and we will confirm in writing what we can accommodate.
Is there a private room for the family?
Yes, the Private Event Suite is used as a private family or preparation room.
Can you cater a vegetarian meal?
Vegetarian options are available across the menu collections. Discuss any additional dietary or preparation requirements with the catering team directly.
Can we arrange a memorial at short notice?
Contact the events team by phone for short-notice arrangements and they will tell you what is available.
Need more help bringing it together?
Bring your own event team, or ask ACCA about event professionals who already have experience working in the venue. Depending on your event that can include DJs, photographers, videographers, decorators and other event vendors.
