One private room, whatever you need it for
The Private Event Suite becomes your bridal and wedding party suite for the day — a private multipurpose room near the hall for getting ready, gathering the family, or a quiet moment between the ceremony and the reception.
ACCA has one Private Event Suite near the main event space. Depending on the occasion it serves as a bridal preparation area, family room, organizer space, green room, dressing area, speaker prep room or simply a quieter place away from the main hall. These are uses of one room, never separate rooms.

Can we host both the ceremony and the reception?
Yes. There is an on-site chapel for the ceremony and the main hall for the reception, so your guests stay at one address. Chapel capacity is confirmed when you enquire.
Do we have to use ACCA’s catering?
Yes — catering is in-house and the current policy does not permit outside caterers. You choose from the Indian, Western and Filipino collections and customize with our team.
Can we bring our own décor?
Décor is handled in-house by our own team. Outside décor and specialty rentals may be used with venue approval — bring your references to the tour.
Can we supply our own alcohol?
Guests may supply their own liquor with an active liquor licence through AGLC. We will explain what the licence involves for a wedding when you enquire.
Where does the wedding party get ready?
In the Private Event Suite — one private multipurpose room near the hall that serves as the bridal and wedding party suite for your event.
How far ahead should we book?
Peak Saturdays are the first to go. Send us your date through the planner and we will confirm availability and current lead times for that season.
Need more help bringing it together?
Bring your own event team, or ask ACCA about event professionals who already have experience working in the venue. Depending on your event that can include DJs, photographers, videographers, decorators and other event vendors.
