A deposit holds your date, with scheduled instalments before the event. The amount depends on the date and scope — you will see it in writing with your proposal, before you commit to anything.
Rescheduling is handled case by case and we will always try to move you rather than lose you. Cancellation terms are set out in your contract at signing, in plain language.
Yes, and we recommend it. Tours are free, take about 45 minutes and are walked by the coordinator who would run your event — not a salesperson.
Up to 300 seated at rounds of ten, or 300 theatre-style. Comfortable working numbers drop once a stage, buffet and dance floor are placed.

Yes. Mixed menus across two collections on the same day are routine, including separate preparation lines where a tradition requires it.
Tastings are arranged with the catering team. Confirm what is available for your booking when you enquire.
Guests may supply their own liquor with an active liquor licence through AGLC. We will walk you through what the licence requires for your event, and confirm any bartending, insurance or service-hour details, before you finalize anything.
Décor is handled in-house by our own team. Bring reference photos to your tour and we will build the look. Outside décor and specialty rentals may be used with venue approval.
Base drape, linens and centrepieces are included. Custom stage builds, floral installations, balloon work, uplighting and printed signage are quoted with your proposal.
Setup access is set in your contract and usually starts the morning of the event. Night-before access depends on the previous booking — ask when you check your date.
We do. Teardown and cleanup are included with every booking; you do not need to stay behind or send volunteers back in the morning.
Yes. Bring your own event team, or ask ACCA about event professionals who already have experience working in the venue. Outside vendors are coordinated by our team on inputs, access and timing.
Yes. Level entry from the parking lot, an elevator to the upper floor, accessible washrooms and drop-off at the main entrance.
A secure private lot on site serves a full-capacity event. We confirm capacity and any overflow arrangements against your guest count at the tour.
