We understand the committee behind the event
Community events run on volunteer time and a budget a board will review. ACCA was founded by the Asian Christian Cultural Association of Alberta as a home for a community that did not have one — which is why multicultural events are the venue’s normal work rather than a special accommodation.

Private Family / Event Room
One private room, whatever you need it for
The Private Event Suite gives performers somewhere to change and wait, organizers somewhere to work, or families somewhere quiet during a long programme.
ACCA has one Private Event Suite near the main event space. Depending on the occasion it serves as a bridal preparation area, family room, organizer space, green room, dressing area, speaker prep room or simply a quieter place away from the main hall. These are uses of one room, never separate rooms.

Can we run a performance programme from the stage?
Yes. The stage is theatre-style and elevated, with event lighting and a professional sound system with AV support.
Do you host multicultural and faith-community events?
Yes — ACCA was founded by the Asian Christian Cultural Association of Alberta and hosts events across Edmonton’s communities.
Can the menu reflect our community’s food?
The three collections are Indian, Western and Filipino, and menus are customized with the catering team. Raise any specific preparation requirements directly so we can confirm what is possible.
Is there pricing for nonprofits?
Discuss your budget with the events team when you enquire and they will tell you what fits.
Can we use the lobby for ticketing or a welcome table?
Yes. The lobby and foyer are commonly used for arrivals, registration and welcome tables, separate from the hall.
How late can the programme run?
Event end times are set in your booking. Share your run of the day when you enquire so staffing matches the schedule.
Need more help bringing it together?
Bring your own event team, or ask ACCA about event professionals who already have experience working in the venue. Depending on your event that can include DJs, photographers, videographers, decorators and other event vendors.
