Private Family Room
One private room, whatever you need it for
The Private Event Suite works as a family room for a celebration — somewhere to hold gifts and coats, keep a surprise out of sight until the moment, or give an elderly guest a quiet room away from the music.
ACCA has one Private Event Suite near the main event space. Depending on the occasion it serves as a bridal preparation area, family room, organizer space, green room, dressing area, speaker prep room or simply a quieter place away from the main hall. These are uses of one room, never separate rooms.

Can we bring our own cake?
Yes. Confirm delivery and storage timing with the events team when you book so the cake table is set where you want it.
Can we use only part of the hall?
The hall is a multipurpose space that can be configured for smaller guest counts. Send us your headcount and we will recommend a layout that suits the group.
Is there a dance floor and sound system?
Yes — a permanent dance floor with dance-floor lighting, and a professional sound system with AV support.
Can we bring our own DJ or entertainment?
Yes. Let us know what they need in terms of sound, power and setup time so the AV support can be coordinated.
Can we show a slideshow or tribute video?
A presentation screen is available. Confirm your format and playback needs when you enquire.
Can we supply our own alcohol?
Guests may supply their own liquor with an active liquor licence through AGLC.

Bring your own event team, or ask ACCA about event professionals who already have experience working in the venue. Depending on your event that can include DJs, photographers, videographers, decorators and other event vendors.
